CloudFront distributions are complex and error-prone to configure. Teams need edge expertise just to ship safely.
A control layer with modular edge functions (image optimization, redirects, cookies, origin headers) and a real-time analytics pipeline: CloudFront logs → S3 → Lambda → PostgreSQL → dashboard.
CloudFront setup drops from ~10 minutes across multiple consoles to under 3 minutes with one form and two DNS records (InstantEdge demo). Teams switch edge features on per distribution and watch their traffic as it happens.

Mobile banking delivery for financial-services clients

Financial-services organizations that needed secure mobile banking apps, delivered by an offshore engineering team.
Embedded with client stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into delivery plans, then led offshore engineers through the build. Integrated core banking APIs: transactions, bill pay and identity validation.
Client business needs became working mobile banking apps, with one accountable engineer between the client and the build team.
